Our party room, the party event space, is the most beautiful venue for your child's special occasion and is available for hire for childrens parties and events here at our party venue in Hampstead north London NW3. It is truly a unique and magical setting. An on-site party in the Enchanted Garden is the height of fairy-tale enchantment and will astound those of all ages. Situated beneath Mystical Fairies, the enchanted garden is a fully air-conditioned beautifully hand-decorated room that has the capacity to hold 24 guests. The hand painted walls are adorned with glittering fairies and flowers. The guests are seated on fairy toadstools and a regal throne offers the ideal photo opportunity for the birthday child... it’s the stuff that dreams are made of.

What is included in the price of a party?

A two hour party in the Enchanted Garden for up to 25 children costs,

£420 (inc. VAT) Saturday and Sunday

£375 (inc. VAT) Monday - Friday

 

* nb - we have a strict limit of 25 children plus birthday parents for the Enchanted Garden.If the number of invitees exceeds 25 there will an additional charge of £15 per child payable on the day *

What happens at a party?

Each party is different depending on your child's preferences but what follows is an example of a successful format for a 3 - 6 year olds party. Older children will enjoy slightly different activities - High School Musical is popular with girls aged 6+

The party child is invited to arrive 10 minutes before the start to receive a special fairy make over so that they are ready to greet their friends. As guests arrive they are welcomed by the character entertainers and are offered our fairy costumes to dress up in. The party begins with stories and games, which can range from traditional musical games, parachute games, to singing and dance routines. Some magic, puppets and balloon modelling can also be included. Your entertainer will plan the games with you prior to the party, based on the personality and preference of your child. All of our entertainers are experienced in running parties for boys and girls of all ages. Half way through each party is a short break for your tea and your cake. The fun and games then continue with a disco until hometime when each child leaves with a balloon, a smile and a sprinkling of fairy dust! childrens kids entertainers parties at mystical fairies events space venue in london for hire.

How to book a party.. It's easy!

Bookings can be made in person or by telephone (0207 431 1888) through our Hampstead shop. When you make your booking, we will need to know what date and time you have chosen, the venue, and which character you want at the party. Parties here are available for set time slots at weekends to enable us to fit in 3 parties per day, (we can be more flexible on weekdays and after school).

We can offer time slots of 11 - 1 or 1.30 - 3.30 or 4 - 6 at weekends.

Please note that the weekends just before or just after school holidays are always very busy and weekends in June and September are always in demand. We are always closed for a few days over the Christmas period but we can do a party at your own venue subject to an entertainer being available.

To confirm your party we will require a deposit.
This can be paid by credit card or cash.
